Measure the height from the floor underneath the ankle bone
to the middle of the knee cap, with a slightly bent leg. Measure
the calf at the widest part.

When measuring your shoe size, make sure the leg is slightly bent.
2. Measure your height
Measure from the center of the kneecap to just below the ankle to the floor.
3. Measure your calf width
Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf.
