Exchanges & Returns

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely!

You can return any unwanted items to us for a full refund within 28 days of delivery, as long as they’re in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Simply email us at info@cavallo-uk.com to let us know the item you would like to return. For your convenience, we can send you a pre paid postage label, or you can return yourself (we recommend using a tracked service)

For a prepaid returns label there is a nominal processing charge of £2 which will be deducted from your refund amount. Exchanges will receive a prepaid label free of charge.

How do I return an item?

There will be a returns form enclosed with your order with full instructions on how to return unwanted items. All you need to do is drop us a quick email at info@cavallo-uk.com with your order number, name, and let us know what you would like to return. We will email a postage label to you if required.

Then, fill in the returns form with your details so there is no chance of an error, package everything up nicely and send it back to us.

Once we get your return, we’ll send you a refund back to the original payment method.

Can I return an item bought in the sale?

Of course! Our returns service works for sale items too, but you will need to return sale items within 14 days rather than the 28 for full price stock.

How long will it take to refund my order?

When we receive your order, it usually takes 5-7 business days the refund to be fully processed.

You’ll get an email confirmation once we’ve initiated the refund to your original payment method.

Can I exchange my order?

Sure thing! We’re happy to exchange your order within 28 days of delivery, as long as we have what you need in stock.

Just send us an email at info@cavallo-uk.com and let us know what you’d like to swap for - we’ll reserve it for you and get it ready for your return. We will send you a free postage paid label to cover the exchange return.

Once we get your item, we’ll adjust the value difference and send out your new item with free shipping.

What if my item is faulty or I receive the wrong item?

We’re so sorry if you get a faulty or incorrect item. We do our best to make sure everything we send out is perfect, but sometimes things can go wrong.

If you have any issues, just email us at info@cavallo-uk.com and we’ll take care of it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept many credit and debit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and UnionPay.

We also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

Do you offer discounts?

We do occasionally have special offers and discount periods.

How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your delivery by using the tracking number in your despatch confirmation email.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same or next working day.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If your parcel has not been dispatched, we will do our very best to resolve any issues you have.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

Please check your tracking number to check the status of your delivery - you'll find this in your despatch confirmation email

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a few different shipping options:

Economy (3-5 Working Days)

  • £2.99 (for orders under £75)

Royal Mail 48 (2-3 Working Days)

  • £3.99 (FREE on orders over £75)

Royal Mail 24 (1-2 Working Days)

  • £4.99

DPD Next-Day (Next Working Day)

  • £7.50
Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £75.

Which couriers do you use?

We usually use Royal Mail for shipping orders as we have found them to be the most reliable. You can choose to have courier delivery if required at checkout.

You can choose your preference at checkout.

What is the latest time I can order for despatch?

All orders placed before 1PM on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

If we are at an event then postage times may be affected, we will email you if that is the case.
